We stand by the precision and craftsmanship of every custom Tarsx controller.
If you experience issues with your custom modded Guitar Hero controller, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or warranty repair for hardware defects.
To initiate a warranty claim or return, you must contact our support team with a clear statement.

Refunds or repairs are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned controller. We refund via your original payment method, and you won't incur any hidden restocking fees for defective units.
Return Conditions:
For a controller to be eligible for a standard return, ensure that:
It was delivered within the last 14 days
It is in its original Tarsx packaging
The following items are non-returnable:
Fully personalized controllers with custom art, unless covered by hardware warranty.
Controllers that show obvious signs of extreme physical damage, liquid spills, or drop impacts.
Units that have been opened, user-modded, or tampered with after delivery.
Consumable parts like replacement switches or fret buttons once installed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any modded controller that does not meet the above conditions at our discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the controller to our workshop at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for controllers damaged or lost in return transit. We strongly recommend an insured, trackable shipping service. Refunds or repairs cannot be issued without actual receipt of the returned item.
Gifts:
If the controller was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital certificate will be emailed.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund directly to the original purchaser's payment method.
